Services

Four ways to work together — private chef dinners, catering, special occasions, and restaurant & culinary consulting. All of it handled personally; there is no second chef behind this.

Private Chef

Price on requestIn your home

I cook in your kitchen. That can be one dinner for two, a weekly service for a family, or a batch of meals prepped so the week looks after itself. Everything is organic and made from scratch, including the bread.

Good for: households who want to eat properly without the shopping, the cooking and the clearing up.

You get: a menu built around what your household actually eats, the shopping done, the meal cooked, and the kitchen left clean.

Quoted per household · one-off or on a regular schedule

Catering

Price on requestFor a group

Food for a group that still tastes like it was cooked for one table. Mexican, Italian, Spanish, or a menu that borrows from all three. I can drop the food off ready to serve, or cook it on site and serve it hot.

Good for: parties, family gatherings, office lunches, and anything where the food is the point.

You get: a costed menu for your guest count, dietary needs covered, and serving staff arranged if you need them.

Quoted per guest count and menu · drop-off or cooked on site

Special Occasions

Price on requestThe big ones

Birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, engagements — the meals people still talk about a year later. We plan the menu together, taste it before the date, and I run the kitchen on the night so you can sit down with your guests.

Good for: occasions where you want to be at the table, not at the stove.

You get: a tasting beforehand, courses timed around your evening, and table-side finishing if you want the theatre.

Quoted per event · works in a home or a hired venue

Consulting

Price on requestRestaurants, kitchens & schools

I currently run the kitchen at a private school: organic ingredients only, sourdough baked in-house, no processed food anywhere on the menu. It works, and it is not as hard or as expensive as most kitchens assume. I bring the same thinking to restaurants — developing menus, opening new rooms, and tightening day-to-day operations — and I teach children to cook for themselves.

Good for: restaurants, schools, nurseries and any kitchen that wants a menu developed, an opening handled, operations tightened, or the whole thing taken organic and from-scratch.

You get: a menu your kitchen can actually run, honest guidance on openings, operations and suppliers, a sourdough and baking routine, and cooking classes for children if you want them.
